Certification in stretching, flexibility training, or related field (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) a plus. Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and flexibility techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping others improve movement, recovery, and overall wellness. Perform one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using proper techniques and protocols. Conduct mobility assessments and tailor sessions to each client’s needs, limitations, and goals. Ensure safe and effective stretches, maintaining proper body mechanics and client comfort. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and consistency. Track and document client progress, goals, and session feedback. Educate clients on the benefits of stretching, recovery, and mobility maintenance. Support client retention through exceptional service and follow-up communication. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional client experience. Participate in continuing education and in-studio training to enhance skill sets.
