Duties and Responsibilities :
The AUM Athletics Department is accepting applications for part-time Game Day Event Staff. Come be a part of the AUM Warhawks game management term and enhance the experience of the game day atmosphere at AUM Athletics events. The qualified candidates selected for this position will be responsible for the following :
- Maintain a safe and friendly environment in accordance with the venue policy
- Serve as an usher monitoring ticketing, venue entrance and seating in reserved areas
- Notifies game administration and / or law enforcement of any issues with event attendees that require additional support
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Must be reliable and available to work nights and weekends
- Event staff will arrive to the venue 1.25-2 hours prior to the scheduled contest for ticketing and ushering responsibilities and will remain until event has concluded
