Responsibilities

Oversees project management by analysing progress reports, materials consumption, and expenses, and modifies work schedules as needed.

Examining project specifications to establish construction procedures according to start and finish times and personnel needs for each construction phase, considering tool availability, equipment, and different building techniques.

Arranging the pre-construction meeting alongside the Project Manager before mobilization begins.

Examines ongoing work to verify adherence to specifications and construction timelines.

Collaborates with the Manager of Craft Resources to transfer staff across projects, reducing the need for hiring and layoffs. Manages crew compositions and job assignments to control labour expenses and may terminate company personnel who do not meet company standards or job expectations

Collaborating with the Project Manager to establish the project timetable; creating and employing schedules to evaluate advancement and anticipate potential challenges

Qualifications :

MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel

4+ years’ experience in data centers and + in construction

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience

Data Center experience required
