Sr Operations Manager

Role Overview

This role will be a strategic partner to the Catalyst COE leadership team driving planning analytics and cross functional alignment with key stakeholders.  This role involves close collaboration with Catalyst leaders Strategy Finance and Operations to define the Catalyst priorities develop KPIs / OKRs to measure progress and manage executive updates.

• Define and execute the operational cadence across with Catalyst Leadership team
• Support Quarterly Business Review process both internal for Catalyst team and cross functionally with key stakeholders
• Support planning process aligning with finance on hiring plans and partnering with engineering team on product roadmap

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $137500-$189000 plus equity (when applicable) variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
