Responsibilities :
Participate actively in real estate training, mentorship, and coaching programsLearn how to generate and nurture leads using proven systems and toolsShadow experienced agents on appointments to gain practical insightBuild and manage a pipeline of leads through consistent outreachPractice scripts and objection handlers to improve conversion skillsCommit to weekly role-play and accountability sessions with the teamQualifications :
