    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice Provost for Student Equity, Access, and Success to lead its commitment to academic excellence, diversity, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Student Equity, Access, and Success (SEAS) unit, which is dedicated to providing students with inclusive resources, services, and learning opportunities that align with their academic and career goals. This role involves working closely with faculty, staff, and students to design and coordinate integrated academic and career programming that recognizes and supports the diverse identities and experiences within the university community. The Vice Provost will also be instrumental in developing and executing innovative strategies to support the success of a diverse student body, in line with the company's mission and strategic plan.

    Applicants for the Vice Provost position should have a strong background in student success initiatives and a deep understanding of the critical role these programs play in promoting academic achievement, social mobility, and lifelong success. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in fostering an inclusive and equitable educational environment, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
