Work Model- Hybrid (2-3 days from office)

Must have

• Have experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify business problems and opportunities, ultimately recommending data-driven solutions to improve processes and decision-making.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Document business requirements and processes.
• Develop and implement solutions to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
• Must have exp in BRD and
• Ability to understand complex data relationships and write effective business-oriented reports
• Proficient in SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Analytical, Curious and Self-starter
• Result oriented and problem solver
