• Proven knowledge and experience in Infusion services is a must. Experience with Brightree software is a plus.

The Revenue Cycle Billing and Collections Processor Level I is an entry level position which provides support for all aspects of billing department to expedite positive cash flow and reduces financial loss by providing : efficient and timely collection of accounts for assigned accounts timely and accurate insurance claim processing. Receives investigates and responds to inquiries from payers patients and / or agencies concerning account receivable activity according to established policies and procedures. Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states : FL GA IL IN KY MINCOHSC TN (Occasional In-person days might be required in the Loveland Ohio Office location.)
