About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of IT Operations and Infrastructure with a strong focus on Cloud Infrastructure, IT systems, and Information Security. The successful candidate will be a technology leader responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity in a multi-cloud, multi-entity environment. This role demands a strategic vision combined with hands-on execution to ensure the reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of IT systems while upholding the highest standards of security and compliance. Key responsibilities include defining and executing infrastructure strategy, driving secure-by-design principles, implementing observability and reliability practices, leading DevSecOps adoption, and overseeing IT service management. The role also requires the establishment of KPIs and the standardization and scaling of technology platforms across new entities post-integration.

Applicants for the Vice President of IT Operations and Infrastructure position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, particularly in infrastructure and operations, is required. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms, security frameworks, IaC, container orchestration, monitoring / observability, CI / CD and DevSecOps pipelines, ITSM platforms, and collaboration suites. Experience in regulated industries with a strong compliance background is essential. The role demands an individual who can thrive in high-pressure environments and balance strategic priorities with rapid execution, and who has a proven track record in managing shared service infrastructure and driving modernization and automation.
