Payroll Specialist - (Bilingual)

Job Summary : The dedicated Payroll Specialist will assist with processing payroll for over 200 employees. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, and experience with timekeeping and payroll systems. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process payroll for over 250 employees accurately and timely.
• Audit timecards for accuracy and compliance.
• Answer employee questions regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
• Assist with final pay calculations and processing.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll issues.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accurate employee data.
• Provide support during audits and year-end payroll activities.
