About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as the most senior HR leader and a strategic partner to the executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's growth and operational objectives. This includes overseeing all HR functions such as total rewards, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, employee engagement, and learning and development. The role demands a leader with a strong background in organizational design, talent development, and workforce planning, as well as experience in transforming or building high-performing HR and / or TA functions. The VP will also be instrumental in supporting the company's potential transition to a public entity, ensuring that HR infrastructure, governance, and compensation practices are in line with regulatory and market requirements. Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of partnering with executive leaders in fast-paced, high-growth, or technology-driven environments. The role requires a candidate with a strong knowledge of HR operations, employment law, compensation fundamentals, and HR technology systems, and experience in managing HR functions of similar size or complexity. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree or HR certification and be adept at building a proactive, high-impact talent acquisition function, overseeing talent strategies, and leading the design and implementation of leadership development and employee growth programs. The VP will also be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring that employee relations and performance management practices are in line with legal and policy requirements.
