Proven a minimum of 3 years’ experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, IRM, SecOps) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities. Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management. Holds an active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification Holds an active ITIL Foundations certification in v3 or later. Experience with Agile methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing / keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to the rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping Critical nature of this job may require extended hours, overtime and weekends May require occasional lifting / lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
Overview

Primary Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow capabilities to optimize business processes.
