Fluency in both English and Spanish is required - must speak, comprehend, read, and write in Spanish with fluent competency.Prior experience in a dental or medical office preferred, but not requiredGenuine love for working with children and familiesFriendly, outgoing, and patient demeanorStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to take initiative and ownership of tasksExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenTech-savvy with experience in dental software (a plus!)Detail-oriented and reliableKey Responsibilities
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.Explain treatment options and associated costs to patients clearly and effectively.Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as neededVerify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiriesMaintain a clean and organized front office areaCollaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiencesSupport marketing and promotional efforts to attract and retain patients.EEO Statement
