Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee a major project revamping communications and technology systems at a VA hospital in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a government contract requiring strict compliance with security protocols, including background checks and clearance. The ideal candidate will be located near West Palm Beach, highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple small-scale tasks simultaneously. Experience in multifamily or housing projects is a plus, as these environments demand coordination across numerous concurrent activities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Skills : Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Patience and ability to manage complex, phased projects. Proficiency with technology tools and construction management software.
• Compliance : Ability to pass background check and obtain required security clearance.
• Other : Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $65.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
