Job Summary And Qualifications

As a member of CereCore leadership, the Manager of MEDITECH Staffing will be responsible for continuing to build a successful MEDITECH staffing practice mainly focused on the management of temporary employees and corp to corp resources. The position will also be responsible for managing logistics related to onboarding, access, device management, communication, competencies, performance management, and ongoing management of staff through contract extensions and terminations. This position is a contractor-facing role responsible for daily communication to all temporary employees, corp to corp staff, and collaboration with the onboarding team. This role requires strategic execution to oversee the multifaceted processes and staffing management strategies. Additional key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers and service line leaders. This role will manage timekeeping and expense reporting, maintain and develop new approaches to effective communication for larger groups of contractors. Key skill sets for this role include ability to manage competencies, performance feedback and identify development opportunities for contract staff, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and maintain solid relationships. Proven team leadership skills and the ability to cultivate a healthy work environment, set direction and communicate effectively will be crucial to success.
Staffing Management
Optimize and manage day to day operations of the department including the principle of management strategies and competencies to achieve required results. Research, analyze and present contractor metrics and compliance audits to senior leadership. Conduct meetings with key hiring managers for feedback on contractor performance. Supervise contractor activity including contract assignments, competencies, performance feedback, and act as a partner to the talent delivery and talent acquisitions to fill new or vacant positions. Manage contractor related information within the candidate applicant tracking systems. Continuously assess and seek to improve client satisfaction levels and retention. Partner with the Onboarding Team to support onboarding processes related to devices and access for contractors. Serve as the primary contact for contractor issues, driving problem resolution and escalating when necessary; Coordinate with appropriate internal departments to resolve client and contractor needs. Execute contract extensions and terminations as necessary.
Administrative / Staff Development
Adhere to Code of Conduct. Manage contractor timesheets within Planview and expense reports within Concur. Provide leadership and continuous improvement of people. Provide appropriate training and delivery to contract staff to stay knowledgeable and abreast on all processes and policies. Contract staff periodic performance review. Lead and develop contract staff. Personal leadership development and succession planning. Contract staff meetings and 1 : 1 engagement with contract staff as needed.
What Qualifications You Will Need
Undergrad Degree required. Three or more years of related experience. Knowledge of IT technical skill sets. Previous management experience preferred. Previous account management experience preferred. Must be well versed in Microsoft Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred experience using candidate applicant tracking systems. Proven track record of management execution and results.
