Job Description

This role will be based in San Francisco or Mountain View. We have an exciting opportunity to join our Employee Communications team as a Senior Manager 2, focused on internal communications for our Chief Communications Officer (CCO) and the Communications & Social Impact organization. In this role, you’ll be the strategic partner to our CCO, shaping and executing internal narratives and communications that engage, inspire, and align our employees. You’ll also support high‑impact communications initiatives for our Finance organization in partnership with our Director of Finance Employee Communications, bringing opportunities to scale your impact to more teams across . We’re looking for a dynamic communicator with a strong track record of partnering with senior executives, deep business acumen, and a passion for storytelling that supports business growth. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, bring creativity to how we engage employees, and lead the day‑to‑day execution of multiple projects. Responsibilities

Communications Strategy and Execution

• Be a trusted thought partner to the Chief Communications Officer and other senior leaders, advising on the right channel, timing, and content of communications to employees.
• Leverage understanding of business needs and insights to recommend, develop, and socialize employee communications strategy and planning for several functions.
• Implement tactics and collect and review results to ensure accuracy and quality across messages and channels.
• Lead communications for change management initiatives including organizational changes, new tools and process updates.

Compensation

is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $148,000 to $233,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
