We are looking for an exceptional General Dentist committed to providing excellent patient care to join our DECA Dental Group | Ideal Dental as a FLOATING / PRN dentist . This position is on an "as needed" basis, that allows for great worklife balance and the flexibility to work   when you want to!

What does our practice offer?

• 30% of production, including fully paid lab expenses!

• We supply state-of-the-art equipment , including AI diagnostic tools, iTero scanners at select practices, fully digital practices, and robust online dashboards to help with case acceptance.
• PPO and Fee for Service Guests with 10-15% HIGHER reimbursement rates allowing for maximum income potential.
• Free in-house 100+hrs CE AGD PACE approved CE course curriculum, including Invisalign Certification
• Future potential to join FULL-TIME
• Dentist will see all general dentistry cases including molar endo, C&B, fillings, Invisalign, etc.
• Access to internal Specialists : OS, Perio, Endo and Ortho for referrals
