Responsibilities

• Support executive leaders and organizational strategies through a structured development program.
• Assist in the formulation, enhancement and implementation of organizational strategy and policies.
• Oversee and analyze specified financial targets, operating budgets and / or resource allocation.
• Complete data collection or research and value-added analytics for executive leaders through the interpretation of facts and summary analyses.
• Identify and facilitate process improvement initiatives. Lead assigned, critical projects.
• Facilitate key leadership meetings including developing agendas, materials, discussion topics, actions items and outline key decisions.
• Complete development program including assessment process, development goal planning and defined projects.
