What are the core responsibilities for the role?
- Assist in digging and trenching for construction or landscaping tasks
- Hike and transport materials to and from remote or uneven job sites
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete as directed by supervisors
- Load, unload, and carry equipment, tools, and materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions on-site
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies :
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditionsAbility to hike long distances over uneven terrain while carrying equipmentBasic knowledge of mixing and working with concrete (training can be provided)Willingness to work outdoors and follow directionsDependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamWhy would a candidate want this job?
