What does a Network Administrator do for Bonaventure?
Manage an enterprise Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, Windows Server, MS 365 Administration, Azure / Entra, Exchange online, SharePoint, TeamsProactively manage 30+ Offsite Servers, Networks and FirewallsInstall, upgrade, and monitor network hardware and software componentsNetwork device management of firewalls, switches, and WAPs including security policies, troubleshooting, VLAN and port configuration, routing, and switchingMaintain and enhance Cybersecurity Tools and PoliciesManage mission critical third-party software and maintenance / upgradesMaintenance and design of backups and disaster recovery systemsImplement and enforce network security policies, including firewall rules, intrusion detection, certificates, and access control measuresProvide technical support for both hardware and software issuesRegularly update and patch network devices and systems to protect against vulnerabilitiesOther responsibilities as assigned by the Director of ITQualifications
At Least 5 years of network administration experienceExpert at managing an enterprise Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, Windows Server, MS 365 Management, Azure AD / Entra, Exchange online, SharePoint, TeamsHybrid Active Directory environment (both on-prem and cloud-based Azure AD)Experience managing Firewall and Network Switch configurations and troubleshooting.Experience working in Cybersecurity and a SIEM / SOC environmentsExperience creating PowerShell scriptsWindows Server Operation SystemsMicrosoft SQL Database AdministrationMicrosoft IIS and Webserver ManagementKaseya Administration experienceExperience with Ubiquiti DevicesConfiguration and deployment of new physical servers and Hyper-V virtualized serversExperience troubleshooting computers and serversBonaventure Senior Living
