The role also involves developing strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR, as well as actively participating in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects.
Applicants for the Head, Talent Acquisition position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, specifically within the real estate, accounting, and finance industry. The role requires a candidate with proven experience in sourcing techniques, talent acquisition, and managing a full-cycle recruitment process. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search, as well as familiarity with job boards and HR software. Experience in managing and negotiating with vendors, and the ability to handle data with confidentiality, are also key qualifications for this position.
