The role also involves developing strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR, as well as actively participating in staffing-related activities and cross-functional projects.

Applicants for the Head, Talent Acquisition position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent work experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, specifically within the real estate, accounting, and finance industry. The role requires a candidate with proven experience in sourcing techniques, talent acquisition, and managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
