Personal Lines Insurance Assistant Account Manager

If you are looking for a creative position to expand into the management side of agency personal lines, this opportunity could be the perfect fit. Work side by side with our veteran Personal Lines manage to help create and manage work flows, company and client relationships. You will be given a book of business to manage as well as handle new business requests so you can experience the challenges and opportunities that your co workers deal with daily. This experience will allow you to connect and become a true instrument of change.

Salary is based on your qualifications. In addition, we will be paid a monthly bonus on the book of business that you manage. And because this position has management responsibilities, you will be paid a % of the overall commission of the agency's personal lines book of business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting work flows
• Assist in the training of new personnel
• Assist with billing questions and issues within a platform of 8-12 core insurance companies
• Guide clients with coverage options
• Quote and requote all lines of personal insurance
• Assist in handling claims
• Prepare RTA related forms for registering, renewing motor vehicles
• Developing trusted relationships with underwriters of our core insurance companies
