job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManage and service a portfolio of middle-market commercial lines accounts with premiums ranging from $25000 to $150000. Handle all aspects of account servicing including policy administration endorsements and renewals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients carriers and team members. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction. Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience preferably in a generalist role. Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred. Work Ethic : Enthusiastic detail-oriented and capable of managing accounts independently from start to finish. Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a small close-knit team environment.
