Location : 100% REMOTE (Must work EST Hours)

Start Date Is : October 13, 2025

Duration : Full-Time Permanent

Salary Range : $100K-145K annually

Job Description :

Lead the architecture and infrastructure of software systems in a growing, collaborative, and agile development environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Design and develop scalable, secure software solutions

Guide team in Azure DevOps infrastructure setup and best practices

Translate client needs into technical requirements and user stories

Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality and performance

Mentor team members and support solution design in a hybrid / agile environment

Requirements : Must-Haves :

6 years in software engineering, with leadership experience

Strong hands-on expertise with C#, .NET Core / Framework, and SQL

Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps

Skilled in microservices, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure setup

Excellent communication and team mentorship abilities

Agile / hybrid development environment experience

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience in the fintech space

Knowledge of additional languages (Ruby, PHP, Python, JavaScript)

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Angular, or React)

Background in small, fast-growing companies
