Primary Care (Lead) Physician Leadership opportunity! Hybrid direct patient care with administrative responsibilities. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and Associate Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) coordinating clinical activities that support policies, goals, and objectives. Supervise all aspects of medical patient care services, including implementing, reviewing and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, provider workflow planning and provider scheduling. Complete peer reviews and evaluations for medical providers. Serve as a coach / mentor / trainer to the clinical staff giving guidance in best practices.Join an expanding FQHC with 25+years within 8 centers. Full-service community health center, which includes behavioral health, dental services, gynecology, and diabetes management. Outpatient (Monday-Friday, no weekend clinic).
