Project Manager – Luxury Commercial Construction

Location : West Palm Beach, FL

A well-established, award-winning general contractor with decades of success in Southwest Florida is expanding to the East Coast. Recognized as one of the top contractors in the region, the company has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and long-standing client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of their growth in Palm Beach County and play a key role in delivering ground-up commercial projects. Should have experience in projects valued $30M and higher. Prefer experience in ground-up building : hospitality, restaurant, or mixed-use.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects start-to-finish, ensuring safety, schedule & budget
• Lead subcontractors & project teams with strong communication & accountability
• Oversee schedules ( MS Project or P6 ) and review documents in Bluebeam
• Drive successful outcomes while building lasting client relationships

What We’re Looking For

Compensation : Base salary $120K–$140K plus a highly competitive bonus structure paid both quarterly and annually .
