DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS ROLE

This position enjoys a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, between 7 : 30 AM and 5 PM. Every day, you efficiently operate multi-phone lines, expertly prioritize service calls based on urgency, and use your strong communication skills to notify HVAC technicians about their next project. As a Dispatcher - Scheduler at Simmons Heating & Cooling, your role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and total customer satisfaction. You play a key part in organizing and directing our skilled technicians, taking on additional tasks as needed to support our continued success!
