Runner (Busser) - Urgently Hiring

Fogo de Chão - Lone Tree is looking for an energetic full time or part time Busser / Runner in Lone Tree, CO who has a strong teamwork mindset and can handle being constantly on the move. Bussers / Runners are key members at Fogo de Chão - Lone Tree because they are able to ensure efficient workflow for the best guest experience and are considered a jack of all trades. Because of this, it is important for Bussers / Runners to be team players.

Key responsibilities of a Busser / Runner :

• Guest Service - though bussers may not interact with guests as often as other team members, they are still expected to communicate effectively when guests need their attention
• Provide a friendly, relaxing, professional demeanor and assist servers as needed
• Cleaning tables - removing plates, utensils, drinkware from tables and sanitizing all surfaces
• Resetting tables in a timely manner for the next guests
• Cleaning various areas in and around the restaurant
• Emptying trash cans
• Expedite / run food to the correct tables
• Notify management of any facility issues
• Clean up spills immediately
• Inspect restrooms to make sure they are clean at all times
