The Business Operations team is focused on solving some of Plaids most pressing business issues. They are a small team of individuals with complementary skill sets capable of tackling cross-functional strategic and operational challenges across the business. This role will partner with our Bank Partnerships team. This team sits at the intersection of product policy and partnerships and oversees our relationships with the banks and financial institutions that define how open finance works.

Responsibilities

• Initiating managing and successfully executing new cross-functional initiatives that increase alignment and create synergies across Plaid
• Partnering with other teams and functions to improve efficiency productivity and performance
• Developing and tracking key company KPIs to drive execution and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Identifying and assessing the viability of new business opportunities strategic initiatives and partnerships for Plaid
• Building out processes and success measures and executing on initiatives to build launch and operationalize Plaids new products in close partnership with our Product and Go-To-Market teams

Qualifications

$150000 - $187200 a year

The target base salary for this position ranges from $150000 / year to $187200 / year in New York.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission (if applicable) equity and benefits. The pay range shown on each job posting is the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salaries. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on factors like skills experience and relevant education or training.

Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and / or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan including medical dental vision and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience and skillset and location.
