Gunzo's Hockey Headquarters, one of the oldest hockey suppliers in the Chicago area, is seeking enthusiastic full-time retail sales associates as well as part-time retail sales associates who are available on nights and weekends. Job Duties :

• Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and offer assistance.
• Guide customers to the equipment or apparel they need.
• Provide information on products and services to advise customers.
• Assist with sizing and product selection, offering suggestions and opinions on fit and appropriate use.
• Document sales and process payments using our point-of-sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries over the phone.
• Stock, organize merchandise, and create displays.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and equipment.
• Contribute to the team effort by completing related tasks as needed.
