CUSTOMER SERVICE / DATA ENTRY

Customer Service Representative / Data Entry will be needed in Sacramento for a dynamic, fast growing company in the mental health certification industry. This is an entry level temp to hire opportunity, 40 hours a week with employer paid benefits once hired on. Entertaining qualified candidates immediately.

Responsibilities :

Handle incoming phone calls.

Assist customers and discuss products offered.

Collecting information for customers and entering it into database

Follow up with customers on missing information if needed.

Qualifications include :

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year experience in Customer Service or retail.

Must have strong attention to detail and follow through.

Intermediate computer skills.

Excellent customer service.

Pay Rate $19 to $20 per hour

Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
