Responsibilities and Key Work :
Develop markets, understand trends, competition and other issues affecting revenuesBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersTravel up to 50% of time to engage with operations staff, customers, and manage target marketsPerform and provide location and synopsis and action planCreate and execute plan in collaboration with management on potential clients and new sales opportunitiesAbility to clearly educate potential customers on EXE's offerings / solutionsProvide weekly sales progress / updates to Operations team via callsExcellent verbal, written communication, creative and interpersonal skillsWork directly with decision makers in the supply chain industriesPromote efficient and optimal use of CRMImprove and recommend new processes and procedures in the sales departmentThe Profile
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience5+ years of successful outside sales, sales management, or management experienceStrong initiative and follow-throughProficiency in MS office and CRM softwareExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskStrategic thinkingHigh-energy with a sense of urgency and attention to detailIncluding, but limited to : prospecting through cold / warm calling, e-mail communication, social media connecting, business letter writing, follow up on marketing campaigns, engagement during and following industry events, research and due diligence activityThe pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etcThis job is eligible for a commission incentive plan that is based upon company and / or individual performanceThe Employer
