Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design of qualitative and quantitative research projects to understand business and customer needs Synthesize research and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations Communicate research findings effectively to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear insights Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or analytics 4+ years of business insights experience with a focus on data interpretation Prior experience working with or designing research for senior business decision-makers Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education Preferred experience in technology, specifically B2B / SaaS, and with advanced analytics teams
