As a Technology Engineer within PNCs Technology organization you will be based in Cleveland OH; Pittsburgh PA; Phoenix AZ; Dallas TX or Birmingham AL.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Windows and Full Stack Engineer to design implement and maintain enterprise-grade technology solutions within a regulated environment. This role requires deep expertise in systems engineering software development and operational reliability with a focus on Windows-based infrastructure and full-stack application support.
Core Responsibilities
Systems Recovery & Clean Room Operations : Execute advanced recovery procedures for Windows servers ensuring integrity and compliance during restoration activities.
Resource Optimization : Perform rightsizing initiatives including disk CPU and memory reclamation to enhance system efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
Platform Upgrades & Maintenance : Manage all Windows OS-related requests ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Security & Compliance Management : Address Archer alerts and vulnerabilities enforce security and compliance remediation strategies and investigate unauthorized changes in alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.
Change Management : Oversee all production changes for Windows environments ensuring adherence to governance standards and operational best practices.
Incident Response & Reliability Engineering : Provide on-call support for critical incidents including CA7 job scheduling and escalation through the Service Reliability Center.
Automation & Process Improvement : Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline operational workflows and reduce manual intervention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with application teams and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver scalable secure and resilient solutions aligned with business objectives

Base Salary : $55000.00 $152375.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and / or individual performance.
