Pediatric Hospitalist opening in CTLocated in Bridgeport, ConnecticutFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE / BC Pediatrician to join newborn nursery.

Full time, newborn nursery and hospital pediatric coverage

Schedule :

Six (6) weekday shifts and two (2) weekend shifts per four (4) week cycleThere are thirteen (13) cycles per yearEach shift is twenty-four (24) hoursFor weekday shifts, physician must be on-site at the hospital between 5 : 00PM - 10 : 00AM of each twenty four (24) hour shift and available via phone between 10 : 00AM - 5 : 00PMFor weekend shifts, physician must be on-site at the hospital for the entire twenty-four (24) hour shift Hospital coverage includes rounding on newborns, attending c-sections (both scheduled and emergent), managing photo therapy, occasional pedi consults to E.D. or floors, and stabilization of newborns for transport
