Description : POSITION PURPOSE

• The Manager for Cath Lab provides leadership for the development, coordination, management, and evaluation of all nursing, technical, and other staff in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, the Electrophysiology Lab, and the Vascular Lab across the System.
• Establishes priorities in services and schedules staff to provide quality patient care in a cost-effective manner.
• Develops and manages operating budget for designated departments. Establishes policies and procedures in collaboration with medical directors.
• Provides clinical and administrative leadership for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluating safe, superior and preeminent quality patient care.
