A company is looking for a Senior Manager, CRM & Loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Own the strategy and execution of email and SMS marketing programs to drive customer retention
Develop and optimize customer journeys and define segmentation strategies for personalized communications
Manage CRM technology platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement
Required Qualifications
6-8+ years of CRM or Lifecycle Marketing experience in DTC, preferably in beauty or consumer goods
Proven success in driving retention and revenue through email and SMS programs
Familiarity with ESPs (Klaviyo) and SMS platforms (Postscript)
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Creative thinker with a successful track record in retention marketing campaigns
