Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 4-6+ years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, founder-led, or entrepreneurial environment. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of supporting a Founder, CEO, or thought leader, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and drive execution.
