Our law firm client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Database Administrative Assistant to join their team. This role is critical in managing and optimizing our internal FileVine system, ensuring that our data is accurate, reliable, and effectively supports our legal operations.
Responsibilities :
- System Management : Oversee the administration and maintenance of the FileVine system to support internal operations.
- Data Integrity : Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data within the system.
- User Support : Provide training and ongoing support to team members, ensuring effective use and adoption of the FileVine system across the organization.
- Operational Assistance : Collaborate with the Administration and Marketing teams to support their operational needs, including data management and system usage.
- Reporting : Create, edit, and manage reports for various managers and departments, providing insights and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, user protocols, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Requirements :
Proven ability to manage and prioritize a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, accommodating requirements from multiple departments and user groups.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in using or administrating FileVine or a similar system.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous process improvement.Familiarity with FileVine (new case management system) is an advantage.This position is no longer accepting applications.
