POSITION OVERVIEW : Business Analyst - We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team in Oaks, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include :

Participating in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetings

Supporting the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next release

Understanding the requirements and writing user stories, use cases

Interact with Dev team, QA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects.

Participates in requirement and design review meetings to stay informed of potential impact to change in requirements.

Participates in project meetings, requirements reviews & walkthroughs as needed.

Support UAT, production incident resolution

Must have qualifications :

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in Financial services domain
• 3+ years of solid experience of working in an Agile environment, well versed in writing user stories.
• Experience with Agile fast paced weekly / bi-weekly iterations projects
• Highly proficient in the areas of requirement gathering and creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams, Workflow Diagrams.
• Experience with SQL, PL / SQL, data mapping
• Experience in Supporting User Acceptance Testing, creating User Manual and User Training.
• Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Life Cycle, and Business Process Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving, communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to achieve specified goals
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience of working with development teams
• Certified in Agile (scrum / Kanban)
