WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR PRODUCT MANAGER :

As an integral part of our team, you'll contribute to the successful execution of product development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include :

Project Coordination : Assisting in the planning, tracking, and delivery of product development initiatives from concept to launch

Stakeholder Communication : Ensuring consistent communication between diverse teams, including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders

Timeline Management : Monitoring project schedules, anticipating potential blockers, and collaborating with leads to meet deadlines

Documentation : Maintaining clear and organized project documentation, status reports, and requirement specifications

Data Analysis : Utilizing SQL to extract and analyze data for tracking project metrics and product performance

Technical Liaison : Working closely with developers to define technical requirements and clarify scope

Process Improvement : Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements to enhance delivery

Risk Management : Helping assess risks and assisting senior team members in developing mitigation strategies

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE :

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, computer science, information systems, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to resolving challenges

Experience working in team-based environments and cross-functional teams

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis

Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Exposure to programming concepts or basic coding

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)

Interest or prior exposure to Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR technology
