Project Manager

Job Description
- Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
- Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and internal teams
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
- Review change orders, pay applications, and RFI / submittal processes
- Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and safety protocols are up to standard
- Mentor assistant project managers or project engineers as needed
