Production Worker

Location : Miramar, FL

Schedule : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM or 2 : 30 PM – 11 : 00 PM (Monday–Friday)

Salary : $16 / hour

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent required

At least 1 year of experience in a production environment

Basic mechanical skills preferred

Bilingual : English and Spanish

Strong math skills and attention to detail

Able to lift / move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Able to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities :

Weigh and dispense raw materials for production

Follow specific procedures for blending and sieving powders

Clean production areas and equipment to meet quality standards

Accurately fill out logbooks and batch records

Palletize and secure finished batches

Support the operation of compression equipment and troubleshoot as needed

Monitor and maintain production output and ensure proper labeling and packaging

Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisor
