Infosys is seeking a Senior UI Developer . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code for a module, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Qualifications

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX, or be willing to relocate prior to onboarding.
  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading an application UI team (minimum 6-8 members) for AWS target environment (Web / Mobile / Desktop applications).
  • Experience with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and writing cross-browser-compatible code.
  • Excellent in designing and writing code for UI development using ReactJS.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in project lifecycles on development & maintenance projects, estimation methodologies, and quality processes.
  • Good understanding of AJAX and experience in API integration.
  • Experience creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.
  • Adherence to best practices in coding standards and processes.
  • Strong skills in user requirement analysis, development, specifications, design, review, and implementation in line with standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to plan, define, and develop proof of concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

    • The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods and communicating via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
