HVAC Service Technician

Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Fort Collins, Colorado area, Core Responsibilities Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems. Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
