Our prestigious organization is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Controller to join our Accounting and Finance team. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity of our company, providing strategic oversight, and leading financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting and finance, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving business success through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee all accounting operations across multiple units.

2. Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

3. Prepare, consolidate and publish timely monthly financial statements.

4. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

5. Research technical accounting issues for compliance.

6. Support month-end and year-end close process.

7. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

8. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

9. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

10. Additional controller duties as necessary.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (such as CPA) is highly desirable.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.

3. Multi-unit restaurant industry experience required
