The Opportunity :

As a Regional Organizing Director, you are the on-the-ground leader of our grassroots movement in a key region of Wisconsin. You are responsible for building the volunteer teams, the local infrastructure, and the community relationships that will elect Democrats up and down the ballot. This is a manager-level role for a seasoned community organizer and coach who knows that elections are won by building durable, local power, one volunteer and one voter at a time. You will translate the statewide field plan into on-the-ground reality, leading your team to build a strong, inclusive, and powerful progressive presence in your communities.

The Team :

You will report to a Deputy Organizing Director and serve as a key strategic leader for your region. During the peak of the 2026 election cycle, you will manage, coach, and develop a team of Field Organizers. You will be the vital link between the statewide campaign strategy and the volunteers, activists, and party leaders who are the heart of our work.
