Boise Ford’s’ Commercial Fleet Service Center Technician Offerings :

• Experienced A & B techs pay range : $22-40 flat rate hour
• Experienced C & D techs pay range : $17-20 flat rate hour
• Pay rates vary depending on experience and qualifications
• No cap on hours for self-motivated technicians : never a shortage of work, flag all you want. Plenty of carry over to the next day sometimes 3. Average hours 125 per two weeks w / high performers in the 200-hour range.
• Commercial Fleet Service Center is Open : M-F from 7-6

Responsibilities :

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
