A healthcare provider in the Long Beach area is seeking a contract Physical Therapist (Per Diem) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This flexible role is ideal for clinicians looking to pick up shifts or supplement their schedule while working with a collaborative rehab team.

Responsibilities :

• Complete timely evaluations within 24 hours of referral and document findings.
• Develop and carry out treatment plans with physician approval.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Restorative Aides.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all services.
• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver instruction.
• Recommend and coordinate necessary equipment for patient mobility.

Compensation :

Competitive per diem rate of $60 to $71 per hour , based on experience.
