HR Specialist

A company is looking for an HR Service Center Specialist who is responsible for providing effective HR issue resolution and support to associates and management. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and customer-focused HR issue resolution through various communication channels Maintain performance metrics and ensure associate satisfaction through first contact resolution Assist in developing knowledge articles and direct associates to additional resources for support Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 1-3 years of experience in customer service, HR service center, or contact center Human Resources experience or relevant educational background is highly desirable Experience with HCM systems and case management technology is required Associates Degree or equivalent experience is required Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong typing skills are necessary
